How To Lose Weight Fast

Diet pills are never the answer. Healthy meals combined with regular exercise and fun hobbies solve the problem every time. Health and fitness is a lifestyle choice, not a means to an end. Losing weight is great, but only if it's safe. Smoothies are a wonderful, filling meal replacement that can provide necessary vitamins, minerals, proteins, and yes, even fat and carbs, too. A Smoothie Without Fruit Juice

This smoothie recipe uses nonfat milk instead of juice. With vanilla yogurt, vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast, and a splash of vanilla creamer, it's a vanilla lover's dream. For an extra 100 calories, feel free to add a cup of your favorite fruit to the mix. Banana, orange, berries, melon, mango, and pineapple are examples of fruits that will complement this smoothie.

Substitute With Splenda

Vanilla Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt* (6 oz.)
  • 1 Packet Vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast*
  • ½ Cup Nonfat Milk
  • Splash of Vanilla Creamer*
  • ½ Cup crushed Ice (optional)
  • 2 Tbs Fat-Free Whipped Cream* (optional)

Serves one. Double the ingredients for two servings. Calories per serving: 300

How To Make A Vanilla Smoothie

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, Instant Breakfast, milk, creamer, and crushed ice on high speed.
  2. Pause blender to scrape ingredients from the sides, then resume high speed until consistency of mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with fat-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
