Low Calories, Low Fat

Yoplait yogurt offers nonfat and low fat varieties. This recipe recommends using low fat yogurt because the calorie difference between the two is small and a little bit of fat goes a long way in terms of satisfaction.   • 1 Cup of Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Yoplait Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt* (6 oz.)
  • 1 Packet of Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast*
  • ½ Cup of Nonfat Milk
  • 1 Splash of Coffeemate White Chocolate Creamer*
  • ½ Cup of crushed Ice (optional)
  • 2 Tbs of Reddiwhip Fat-Free Whipped Cream* (optional)

How To Make A Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, Instant Breakfast, milk, creamer, and crushed ice on high speed.
  2. Pause the blender to scrape the ingredients from the sides, then resume high speed until the consistency of the mixture is smooth.
  3. For a one-person meal, pour into a tall glass; for a two-person snack, pour into two smaller glasses.
  4. Top with fat-free whipped cream if desired.
  5. Enjoy!
