This delicious berry vanilla smoothie recipe will help with reaching weight loss goals.

Smoothies are great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This Berry Vanilla Smoothie is a meal replacement that will leave the stomach full and the taste buds satisfied, making weight loss easy and delicious.

Low Calorie and Easy Weight Loss

The combination of vanilla-flavored Carnation Instant Breakfast, Yoplait Low Fat Mixed Berry Yogurt, a handful of real berries, and nonfat milk equals a quick, easy recipe for weight loss. The amount of fat is minimal, but it is just enough to satisfy hunger. A splash of vanilla creamer adds flavor without sabotaging this low fat, low calorie smoothie. For people who have already reached their ideal weight, the Berry Vanilla Smoothie is still perfect for helping to maintain a great figure.

A Healthy and Delicious Smoothie

This Berry Vanilla Smoothie packs an impressive amount of protein, vitamins, and minerals, plus a few necessary carbohydrates for energy. Feel free to add an extra yogurt on days when hunger is especially strong. Try combining a Yoplait Low Fat Blueberry yogurt with a Yoplait Low Fat Raspberry Yogurt. Another option is adding two packets of Vanilla Carnation Instant Breakfast instead of one. At just over 100 calories, these additions are a healthy way to soothe hunger pangs without seeking extra food.

An important thing to consider: a drink that contains ice cream or frozen yogurt is not a smoothie – it’s a shake. When done right, however, a smoothie can be every bit as mouth-watering, and without the guilt!

Substitute With Splenda

Many of the following ingredients can be substituted for sugarless versions. In that case, use several packets of a sugar substitute, such as Splenda, to maintain sweetness. Ingredients that offer sugarless versions are marked with an asterisk.
